IP Block Event Condition

Good morning, I'd like to have an event to let me know when an IP is blocked - but not all the time. I'd like to filter on the reason the IP was blocked. Mostly I want to know about a DoS block or a "too many login attempts" block. If it's blocked because they used one of my banned user names, I don...

Uploads/Downloads/Total Counts

On the Server Configuration and Status Summary screen (version 9.0.0.4), there are four boxes listing counts for Uploads, Downloads, and Total. When do these get rolled over? I know a few days ago when I got into the server, these counts were somewhere in the thousands. I just got in and they are no...

Event Email target to Group

Hi - I'm hoping I haven't just missed this function. I'm setting up a couple new groups. When GroupA uploads a document I need to notify all of GroupB. It seems like I have to add each person in GroupB to the email action of the event. It'd be really convenient if I could just tell it to email all m...

Can we allow users to see only files they upload?

Is it possible to allow multiple users to upload into a single folder, but when each user views the folder they only see the files they uploaded?

Re: Using the Edge browser in Windows 10

I've upgraded to 9.0.0.4 and done a few tests with Edge and don't have a problem. I haven't had the original user try it, but hopefully it's fixed.

Re: Using the Edge browser in Windows 10

Re: SUGGESTION: Multiple Group Assignment for Local Users

We are in the same boat as smithrw.

We have been able to work around the limitation so far with occasionally granting additional VDs directly to individual users, but that is becoming more cumbersome as our user base continues to find new opportunities to use the site.

Using the Edge browser in Windows 10

I just had a user unable to upload a file. One of her coworkers was able to upload the same file. They were both using the HTTPS interface. I first checked her account and she had no size limitation, and after digging into the log, I found she generated this error 2017/07/19 11:06:13 [15765] URL-enc...

Re: Create Drop Folder for Outgoing Files through File Explorer on Windows

Can you use a scheduled event to watch that folder? I played with it a little and it works for a specific file name anyway.

Single click twice quickly opens nonexistent folder

We had an agency send us a screen shot of an error that I have been able to duplicate a couple different ways. 1) The accidental way, and the way I think they did it was by creating a folder, then single click twice quickly * on it to open it. You will get a page where the address shows you are in o...

Problem with Regular Expression in File Transfer Event

Good morning, I'm trying to get a regex match working in a File Transfer event. I have a series of rules that email the user if they are uploading to the root instead of into a folder they create. Sample Conditions: LPNT == E:\ftproot\FileRequest\PD_Name LPNT == E:\ftproot\FileRequest\PD_Address I'd...
