OK, why did Cerberus FTP Server need to install .NET Framework 2.0 as a prerequisite, before the main installation?
It seems odd when I was expecting "Designed to use very little CPU and memory". And according to Process Explorer, it is not pulling in .NET at all.

On this same machine as the server is running, I got WIndows file Explorer to see the FTP directory, hitting the WAN address, logging in as the desired user, and listing directories. It works in Active or Passive modes. So far, so good. (The instructions are out of date, BTW. It likes pasv just fine...
