The port is determined by the FTP server. Spaces in URLs are never a good idea.

Simply add the path at the end of the ftp command.
For example ftp://username:password@hostname:port/directory/download_this_file

You can't restrict the type of files uploaded to the server. You just have to be careful with the files you execute once uploaded to your destination.

Yes I see what you mean. Its a great find. However, if Serin can't find the problem in his code, then I wonder if there is a GDI leak through Microsoft's Win32 API set.

Check the service details, it will specify if it runs under a SYSTEM account or a specific user account.
