Ensure you are logging into the correct port based on your remote access settings. http://xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx:10000

port 21 - FTP access
port 10000 - gSOAP web access

You will also notice on the login box, it will say "gSOAP Web Service".

If you talking about bandwidth throttling, the FTP Server doesn't provide this feature yet. I believe Serin has it on his TODO list, but until he implements it, it obviously won't be there.

CerberusFTP is fully functional without purchase. Check the license agreement for usage conditions. The software by default WILL stay on all the time.
