    Hello,

I recently installed cerberus and it worked fine until I rebooted the computer a few days later. Now when it starts the connect to remote management pop up comes up, and no matter what I click on, connect, cancel, or close it hangs and does nothing til windows closes it. I’m running windows 7 home premium. I included the event log for you. I really like the software, and hope we can figure this out. Thanks.

    Hello,

    Try this FAQ entry:

    http://www.cerberusftp.com/support/faq/troubleshooting.html#Q10

If you are still having problems after trying the FAQ, stop the Cerberus Windows Service and delete

    C:ProgramDataCerberus LLCCerberus FTP Serversettings.xml

    and

    C:ProgramDataCerberus LLCCerberus FTP Serveruisettings.xml

then restart. Everything should be fine.
