I am in the UK, so my timezone is basically 0000, but is now +0100 for summer time. I have tried changing the settings for listing times as UTC or local, but the displayed time is unchanged either way, and is always UTC. This is the same in 2.22 or 2.23 beta. Am I missing something??
Indeed, they are. I’m now running a copy of RaidenFtpd whose date handling works perfectly and enables full two-way synchronisation using SyncBackSE to work.
Annoyingly, RaidenFtpd has another problem for me – it’s too fast! My work firewall handles FTP by sniffing the control connection for PORT and PASV commands and dynamically generating the necessary rules to pass the data connection; however, in active mode, RaidenFtpd tries to connect back to the client before the firewall is ready, and so it fails!
