    Hi everyone.

    I’m new to Ftp and am having a little bit of difficulty setting up a remote surveillance system at work.

    I have the server at home, and the client at work set up to use a pasv connection. The client is behind a linksys router. The server is connected directly to the cable modem.

    Client: Windows xp sp3

    Server:Windows 7 RC 7100

    Here’s the log:

    How is you “interfaces” set up in the server manager, specifically the PASV options?

    I worked it out. Windows 7 had the shared folder and sub folders marked with read only permissions. For other users who find this thread, make sure your windows permissions are all set correctly and your folders shared.
