Problems with dial-up users

    Hi,

    First of all, Cerberus has simply been great! Thank you.

    Recently I set up an account for relatives to download pictures of our new baby. However, I have some who still manage to survive on dial-up service. Anyway, when they try to download a file, it quickly times out and closes the conection.

    In general options, I turned off the “use idle connection timeout” option, but that didn’t do anything. Any ideas?? I believe these same persons are also using a mac to log in, but I don’t know which browser.
