In this case It looks like the PORT command is getting rejected in this case because the client is providing a different IP address in their PORT request than the connection originated from.

There is an option on the Advanced page of the Server Manager called “Deny FXP Transfers” that is checked by default. You can uncheck it to allow different IPs to be specified for the PORT command that the IP of the originating connection.

That error message is coming from your OS. Does that user has different permissions set unlike the other users in that group?

You have two options when it comes to uploading folders.

You can use Chrome to drag a folder onto the HTTPS web client for upload (Chrome is the only web browser that supports that ability), or you can upload a zip of the folder and then unzip it on the server.
