There is a new link to bypass having to fill out the form.
Please contact support at Cerberus via the online form for more information.
If you are using the Enterprise Edition there is also an “Upgrade Available Event”
This event is triggered whenever the server detects that a new version of Cerberus FTP Server is available.
You can always find and download the latest version from the Website. (
I would also suggest signing up for the mailing list (
We don’t send out an email for every update but we do send for major and critical updates.
You can customize the email templates here I believe:

Yes, they will need to be replaced upon an upgrade.May 9, 2018 at 4:30 pm in reply to: [resolved] Your administrator has not setup email support #37787
Do you see anything in the Cerberus log that corresponds to the error message? I feel like it used to be there. I will get with the DEV team and see what we can do. No, you can only map one AD group to a Cerberus Group.
Only one association is allowed.
You can use SMB share. Just make sure that you use the UNC path.
You will also want to make sure that the service account has access to the drive.
See this link for an explanation, and for options:
I know that our time zones are off but I would like to see this in action. I can’t reproduce this problem at all.
Could you submit a support request, so that we could see if we could schedule some time to do a quick remote session?
Interesting, I’m not having luck duplicating your issue just yet.
Just to make sure can I also see a screenshot of your public shares settings? (Users>Public Shares)
Could you post a screenshot of what you are seeing?

There may be hope. We are in the early stages of discussion to see if it’s something we can implement in the next major release (10) Hello,
No this isn’t possible using Cerberus.
That’s usually a result of your email client distorting the license key. Contact support and they will send you a text file with your key that should resolve the problem. Hello, Berber.
In this case, it would hard to say what’s going on. You shouldn’t be getting logged out if there is activity going on.
We would need to see the Cerberus log from the server to help troubleshoot.
Please have the server admin submit a support request here:
