ParticipantHi. With the AD User Attribute, you can’t have two paths listed. You will need to use a multivalued attribute.

ParticipantDoes the link not work for anybody or certain users? Do the URL’s generated look the same for version 7 and version 9?

Participantwawa. It basically means there is no account named Guest in your domain. Have you renamed the default Guest account?
The machine is a member of the domain, right?
Have you renamed the Guest account, or is it called something different on your version of Windows?

ParticipantHello, Marius. Cerberus does not support any AD group nesting. Currently, there are no plans to add this feature.

ParticipantIn version 9.0 multiple language support for the HTTP/S web client was added. Cerberus will automatically show the user interface in the end user’s preferred language (based on their browser settings) if a translation exists in Cerberus.
The language files are located:
C:ProgramDataCerberus LLCCerberus FTP Serverlang
A new file gets created with default English values the first time an end user connects in a language that we don’t have a translation for.
You can customize either the CSV or JSON file (we provide both formats for ease of translation, just delete the one you don’t translate).
If you need any help with this feel free to submit a support ticket.

ParticipantHello, If you are just trying the share one folder, then no this isn’t possible.
The best way to go about this is let each user have a home folder as a subdirectory and enable “is simple directory”
Then assign the root to Admin.

ParticipantHello, wawa. Currently, there isn’t an option to auto-delete a file that was used for public file sharing and has expired.
I will look into to adding this to our feature request list.

ParticipantHello. Could you try downloading the installer again from our site and try installing 9.0.2.0 again?

ParticipantI see exactly what you mean. I’m going work with our Dev team to correct this in a later release.

ParticipantHello. I tried to reproduce your issues but I’m having no luck getting the same results.
What version of Cerberus are you running?

ParticipantHello Steffen. Cerberus introduced support for multilanguage support in version 9.0.
However, it was removed in the latest version to improve the translations.
Look for this support to be reintroduced in an upcoming release.

ParticipantThanks for the feedback. We are looking into some changes with public file sharing and we will definitely bring your requests to the table.

ParticipantHi, The problem is that the Microsoft server does not support the cipher suites you’ve selected for your SSL cipher string.
The Microsoft SMTP server does not support any of the perfect forward secrecy suites at the 256 bit encryption level.
You can use the following cipher string to connect to Microsoft’s SMTP server with 256 bit encryption: (Configure>Security>Advanced)
ALL:!LOW:!EXP:!aNULL:!RC4:!3DES:!AES128:!RC4:!SEED:!CAMELLIA128:!IDEA:@STRENGTH
This will allow negotiation of the non-perfect forward secrecy suites that the Microsoft server supports at the 256 bit encryption level.
