This latest release brings the long requested feature of being able to access the user interface while Cerberus FTP Server is running as a service or when accessing the server through remote desktop. We've also completely separated the service from the user interface, leading to major performance improvements when running in service mode.
You can download the most recent version from the download page.
NOTE: For existing users that are already running as a Windows Service, you have to enable SOAP access from the Remote tab of the Server manager. You will also need to set a remote access username and password from the same tab. Restart your service and everything should work.
New users will automatically have remote SOAP access enabled and be prompted for a password when they select the Install as Service option.
