We have an issue where the admin credentials we have do not allow us to log into the front-end.
This is the second time this has happened to us. First time we assumed that we fat-fingered the password and re-installed the program in order to resolve the issue.
I've read the forum and it seems like this was an issue with the older versions. Is this still the case?
If it's not, then how do you reset this password without reinstalling the software?
Also, is there a way to tie the admin account to AD so this doesn't occur again?
Finally, we want to verify that the default admin account is in fact called admin and not administrator.
