We are in the process of looking to move workflows into our ITSM tool. We'd like to have our users fill out a form inside our ticketing system. The ticket should then submit an account request into the Cerberus Account Requests. If the account is approved, it should be created and then the approval and summary information sent back to the ticketing system.
Is this possible?
