[resolved] Your administrator has not setup email support

I've configured the SMTP server and tested it both from the Web Admin Panel and the GUI interface. I receive the test messages without problem. However, when I go through the HTTPS regular user interface, upload a file, and attempt to e-mail it, I get the error message "Your administrator has not setup email support". I've restarted the service twice.

Installed version is 9.0.5.3 Enterprise.

Please advise.

Do you see anything in the Cerberus log that corresponds to the error message?

Well... after a FULL reboot and not just a service restart it seems to be working. I just sent a test email with a link to a file.
