Receive error "550 Path does not exist" what do I

I have a problem when trying to connect to the ftp server I have set.

I receive the msg "550 Path does not exist"

If anyone knows anything about it please let me know.

Ive seen this 550 before, the user was able to log on, but when the user tried to put the file on the server using an FTP client, there were issues. I had the user set to a folder with full permissions. when they logged on, they could see the folder, instead of putting their file in it, they tried to put it next to it. Cerberus seen it as the user trying to make a folder above their permitted folder.

The "550 path don't exists" error poped up for each attempt.

the solution was to tell the user to open the folder they seen at first. everything inside that folder, they had permissions for. "DURXCS"
This just happened the other day.
