Only 127.0.0.1 interfaces are available

I cannot access the SFTP interface outside of the server itself. Attempts to try to connect to the actual external IP address, even from the sftp client running on the server fail with a "Connection Refused" message at the client. I can access SFTP via a target address of 127.0.0.1 when using the client on the server so the service is running. I can see the firewall port 22 open from any IP to 127.0.0.1:22. Only the 127.0.0.1 IP interfaces are listed and there is no way to add another interface. Any thoughts?

Yes, we have a way to manually add IP addresses that Cerberus can't detect, and it is described in our FAQ here:
