Cannot access from outside

Cannot access from outside

For our business we have multiple public IP addresses. I have routed one of them to the FTP server but the webpage does not even load saying it took too long to respond. Any thoughts?

What do you see in the Cerberus FTP Server log? Do you see any connections? Assuming you routed the public IP address to the correct internal IP address, I would check the firewall on the local machine and see if it is blocking the connection.

Sorry we figured it out. Our ISP had some additional configuration on our external IP. We had them switch to a different external IP and now everything is working.
