Strange directorynames

Post by Dennizzz » Fri Jul 02, 2004 11:35 am

This happens when I view my directorylist in the FTP-Client. (I've tried WS_FTP and Internet Explorer). A piece of the date moves before the directoryname or filename, the 'modified date' stays empty. I can't open the folders.

A piece of the directory info:

It happens only when the usergroup is 'geen' (Dutch for 'none')
I hope you can fix it.

Yes, the problem first appears in the BETA version. The upcoming release version should resolve the issue.

Ok, I think I fixed the problem. Unfortunately, I don't have a non-english version of Windows to test it on. Anyone experiencing this bug in the BETA version want to volunteer to test the upcoming release version?

Same issue, on UK version Windows

I have an issue that I believe is related to this. When viewing using IE, some (but not all) of the folders seem to have their creation date inserted at the beginning of the name. When you attempt to browse down on them then it attempts to open the folder <date><folder name> and will not browse.

If you attempt to use what you know is the correct folder name, then that also does not work.

Happy to test the new release, also, I have a non-english version of windows to test on if you wish.
