This is my error when trying to upload only one certain file which is an ISO
Any suggestions would be great!!
unable to open file: the process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process
File Size about 2.9 gigs and its over a local network. Always stops about 12 % into the transfer.

Try running filemon from sysinternals.com next to Cerberus to see what happens. It sounds odd, that access is denied 12% into the file, so it is probably another file it wants to access. Filemon can tell you which one. It will log an awfull lot, if you are transfering 2.9GB, so it may be a good idea to clear the log windows from time to time, before closing in on the 12%.

Not a solution but it works.

I have ended up just transfering the iso after I uncompressed it and I will end up recompressing it after I moved it to the other side.
I know this is not a fix but it works for now.
Thanks for you help anyway.
