Adding Unwanted Interfaces

Post by garydean » Thu Apr 09, 2015 1:37 pm

I have a server 2008r2 with two NIC cards - only one is used for the FTP

Every time i go into Configure>Interfaces is sees the other card and activates a HTTPS interface for the other NIC

How can this be prevented

If you delete all of the listeners for an IP, then Cerberus thinks it's a new IP when the system is restarted and adds the default listeners to it. You can either leave one listener for that IP and just disable it:

http://www.cerberusftp.com/support/help ... ce_control

or, you can remove the checkbox next to all of the Default listeners on the Interfaces page so that Cerberus doesn't automatically add an listeners when it thinks a new IP has been added or changed to the system.
