Could not authenticate Native user '' : No user specified

Post by joshua89m » Wed Jan 18, 2017 8:27 am

Were are currently in the process of letting our users connect through FTP. We seem to be getting a strange error
which looks like the user's username is getting lost along the way. We are currently using Filezilla with no problem, while our clients are using
PowerSchool and Genesis... Does anyone have any insight on this??

(Username and IP has been changed...)

Thanks

If it's working on Filezilla. I would lean towards a buggy client.
I would suggest submitting a support request so that they could take a closer look at your logfile.
