Redwood Software and its affiliates (“Redwood”, “us”, “we”, or “our”) operate the redwood.com, runmyjobs.cloud, runmyfinance.cloud, advsyscon.com, jscape.com, tidalsoftware.com and cerberusftp.com websites. This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our website, our products or our services (together referred to as “Services”) and the choices you have associated with that data.
Information Collection and Use
Redwood collects the personal information necessary to enable us to respond to your requests for our products and services. When you use our website, enter or access support tickets, complete forms, schedule a demo, respond to a survey, contact us or otherwise interact with our business, we usually collect personal information such as your name, email address, postal address, company name, phone number and any other information you choose to optionally provide that will enable us to respond as requested to you.
You can opt out of providing personal information by not entering it to the Website or otherwise not providing it if asked.
Redwood products and services
Redwood provides several products and online services. In case of on-premise software, processing by Redwood is limited to additional services like financial administration, marketing and technical support. In this set up Redwood has no direct access to customer’s data.

Transfer of Data
Your information, including personal data, may be transferred to — and maintained on — computers located outside of your state, province, country or other governmental jurisdiction where the data protection laws may differ than those from your jurisdiction. If you are located outside Europe and choose to provide information to us, please note that Redwood may transfer the data, including Personal Data, to Europe as services are provided from our worldwide offices. To accomplish compliance and provide the data with a dedicated level of data protection Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC’s) as provided EU COMMISSION IMPLEMENTING DECISION on standard contractual clauses for the transfer of personal data to third countries pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2016/67 are in place between Redwood Software and its affiliates.
Disclosure of Data
Redwood will not disclose any personal data, unless Redwood is obliged to under certain condition, such as to comply with legal obligations, as required by law or in case of an official investigation e.g., unlawful actions against Redwood, its customers or sub-processors.
Security of Data
The security of your data is important to us, and thus Redwood strives to optimally protect our products and services and any data. To assure security Redwood is ISO 27001 certified and SOC 1 Type II and SOC2 type I attested. Also in the development of our products and services organizational and technical measures are in place. This ensures the highest level of security possible.
Our Services does not address anyone under the age of 13 (“Child”). We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your Child has provided us with personal data, please contact us. If we become aware that we have collected personal data from children without verification of parental consent, we will take steps to remove that information from our servers.
Redwood complies to take all steps to support the rights of any data subject. This means that any data subject is allowed to request correction, amending, deletion, or limit the use of your personal data or to retrieve your set of data (data portability). However, in certain cases such requests may not be honored as Redwood must comply to law and regulation, but also has contractual obligations with its customers and will redirect the request to the rightful party.
Whenever made possible, you can update your personal data directly within your account settings section. If you are unable to change your personal data, please contact us by email@example.com to support you with required changes. If you wish to submit your request to exercise your rights as a data subject, please contact us by firstname.lastname@example.org. Please note that Redwood is obligated to ask you to verify your identity before responding to such requests. Procedures will be explained when you submit your request.
Services Providers or third parties
We may employ third party companies and individuals to facilitate our Services (“Service Providers”), to provide the Services on our behalf, to perform Services-related Services or to assist us in analyzing how our Services is used. Cookies are files with small amount of data which may include an anonymous unique identifier. Cookies are sent to your browser from a website and stored on your device, and provide certain information on the use of a website and/or service. Alternative tracking technologies also used are beacons, tags, and scripts to collect and track information and to improve and analyze our Services. Heat Mapping services are used to display the areas of a page where Users most frequently move the mouse or click. This shows where the points of interest are. These services make it possible to monitor and analyze web traffic and keep track of User behavior.

Redwood only stores anonymized Paid Ad Campaign and Geolocation Data; this data is encrypted using Base64 encoding. PII might sometimes be stored to pre-fill form data which only aims at improving the user experience of our audiences and isn’t sent to 3rd party systems.
