Company Name and Corporate Address Change Notice
As part of our ongoing efforts to unify our operations under the Redwood brand, we are pleased to share an important update.
Effective January 1, 2026, Advanced Systems Concepts, Inc. will officially change its name to Redwood Software International, Inc. At the same time, our corporate address will also be updated.
All existing agreements, order forms, and related documents governing Redwood products and services will reflect this new company name and address. This change is administrative only—there is no impact to our legal entity, contractual obligations, or your rights. All terms and conditions remain in full force and effect.
The updated company name and address will appear on all future invoices and related communications.
