As a part of continuous improvement in Cerberus FTP Server 2024.1, we have introduced a new feature to run a scheduled task without waiting for a scheduled time. The “Run Now” button is a handy feature that lets you test your scheduled tasks quickly and easily.
What it does:
Imagine you’ve set up a task to automatically transfer files every night. But what if there’s a typo in your configuration? With the “Run” button, you can run the task and quickly test and troubleshoot your settings, ensuring everything works smoothly before relying on automation.
Where to find it:
The “Run Now” button is located next to each scheduled task in the Cerberus FTP Server console. Look for the lightning bolt icon next to your task and click it to run it.
