Cerberus admin managing users locally can now search for users by profile description, in addition to username. This new functionality simplifies and streamlines access and permission management by making it easier to find and assign permissions based on a user’s profile description.
OAuth 2.0 support for SMTP with Microsoft and Google
Ensure service continuity and enhance overall email security with OAuth 2.0 support for SMTP with Microsoft and Google. By the end of 2025, Microsoft and Google will require OAuth 2.0’s token-based verification for their SMTP (email) services and will no longer accept a username/password for authentication. This update is to ensure users will be able to continue sending emails via Cerberus using Microsoft and Google domains without running into authentication issues.
